This project came into being because we realised we all missed something. It was becoming increasingly difficult to find the type of bread we ate when we were children. Bread that would last for days without going hard; a staple of our Mediterranean diet. This need for decent bread forged a bond between us, three guys from three countries bathed by the same sea: Italy, France and Spain.

We are Simone, Max and Juan and we realised we had a shared passion: we all wanted to create authentic products, made traditionally, the way our parents and masters had taught us, so that we could rediscover the bread that we all loved so much as children.

As is usually the case, things were uncertain at the beginning, but like most recipes, it was all a question of mixing the right ingredients together: hopes and dreams, tenacity, a lot of effort and a little bit of luck made Panypiù a reality that keeps growing. We have our own bakery near Seville, a cafeteria open to the public just off Plaza de la Alfalfa in the city centre and many more dreams and projects that are slowly but surely taking shape.

We started with a few types of bread and some cakes and desserts. Today, we maintain the quality that makes us proud of our work, but have much more on offer. We extended our cafeteria so that we could offer our customers healthy and creative options and so they could enjoy them in our cafeteria or take them away.

We will soon open new cafés so we can keep spreading our love for bread and much more: tradition + innovation = evolution.
